Each Elegant thigh-high stocking contains a blend of micro nylon (smooth to the touch, light, high elasticity, and tensility, and less prone to abrasion) and lycra (lycra has a number of advantages besides being able to stretch, such as being more lightweight, comfortable and breathable, not to mention quick-drying)  to create stockings that have a cross-weaving texture, means the stockings are less prone to laddering. Despite the durability of this mix, the fabric is still very elastic and supple and, due to its incredibly fine texture.
