Returns & Exchanges

We know that you will love your TXG compression wear, but we understand that sometimes a product you order online is not quite what you wanted. That’s why we’ll happily exchange your purchase for up to 60 days from the day you purchased it.

Of course, all products must be returned in original new condition, unworn with tags still attached to the original, and original packaging. 

We are unable to accept returned products which:

  • are stretched
  • are stained
  • are soiled with dirt, hair, skin or lotion
  • have catches or pulls
  • exhibit an odour
  • have been washed

We absolutely believe in the quality of our products! However, we want to gently remind you that we can’t take responsibility for any damage that might happen during use, as how the product is handled is beyond our control. Thank you for understanding!

TXG compression wear is designed to fit very snugly in order to exert the graduated compression level designed and built into the product according to your selection. For this reason, it is important to ensure you have measured the girth of your ankle and calf (or arm for arm sleeve products) and that you have followed the product size charts on each product page to determine the correct product size to suit you. This will ensure you realize all the benefits of wearing compression wear.

To exchange an item just send us a quick email within 60 days of dispatch of your order and let us know the reason why you wish to make an exchange. Exchanges can only be accepted if purchased through www.txgsocks.com.au and only once we have provided a Return Authorisation Number to you. If you have bought an item via another website or retail store please contact them directly.

We regret that we are unable to refund courier costs, as these are costs we have paid to an independent courier company to deliver your order to you.

The item should be packaged carefully so that it does not become damaged during transit and returned in a courier satchel to our postal address.

TXG Ltd takes no responsibility for returned items that do not reach us. We suggest that you get postal insurance and tracking before sending the item.

Upon receipt of returned goods, TXG reserves the right to deny refund or exchange if the product does not meet our return policy requirements.

Once we receive your returned product, we quickly open it to ensure the product is in the original condition, with original packaging, and we then send exchanges/process refunds.

If the product returned to us does not meet our Refund Policy as detailed above, we will contact you by email to advise that the refund is declined and we will provide photographs showing the damaged area, we will then dispose of the damaged product.

 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS, WRONG PRODUCT SUPPLIED

In the event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective product, we will gladly replace the exact same item and we will pay the delivery costs. Simply contact us by phone or email to let us know that there is a problem.
